Thanks for visiting my portfolio! I’m Niels, an Instructional Designer and E-Learning Developer based in San Francisco.
I have an inextinguishable fire for learning, creativity and technology. I’m highly self-motivated, solution oriented and an optimist who believes there’s always a way forward, no matter how great the challenge.
I have eight years of design and development experience and fifteen years of experience teaching music to adults. My design process is guided by learner empathy and business results.
I value integrity, compassion, a strong work ethic, and commitment to constant evolution. In my free time, I enjoy learning new technologies. I develop content for an online drum lesson website and YouTube channel. I thrive on creativity and hard work. My wife and I enjoy staying healthy through outdoor adventures.
